Simple Salad Recipe
You just open the refrigerator, and there are products in it that are quite small and need to be used. That's what happened to me today. There were boiled potatoes, one tomato, a small piece of cheese and open sour cream. Quickly was born in my head salad just with all the products combined.

Instructions
  1. Make the dressing. Put the sour cream in a saucer, finely chopped a clove of garlic and herbs. From the greens I had a young dill and parsley. Mix and salt to taste. You can replace sour cream with mayonnaise or take sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions. Prepare food for a salad. I have potatoes and tomatoes, a small piece of cheese.

  2. I will make this salad in layers in a ring. I will make 2 servings of my products. So I'll cut the tomatoes and potatoes in half. My potatoes were already cooked "in uniform". I peeled it from the skin and cut it into small cubes. Ring inside smeared with sunflower oil (so it is easy to remove and does not break the edges of the salad). The bottom layer will be potatoes. Put it in the ring and spread a layer of dressing. I cut the tomato and it turned out to be meaty. The pulp should be removed from it, so that the salad does not have a lot of juice from the tomato. Cut into cubes and placed the second layer, missing the top again with the dressing. Cheese rubbed on a grater. I also visually divided the cheese into 2 portions and left a little for serving to decorate the finished salad. The cheese will be the top layer and it does not need to be smeared.

  3. Easily remove the ring. Cover the salad in a plate with a cap and send it to the refrigerator to infuse and soak before serving for 15-20 minutes.

  4. Well, so that the salad with a minimum of ingredients became my "masterpiece", I will decorate it before serving. Remove the salad from the refrigerator, sprinkle a little chaotically with the cheese left, add micro-greens. I grow chickpeas in little bowls on the window. I like it very much. There were still a few olives in the refrigerator. But this is how I decorated the salad. Decorate to your taste or do not decorate at all!
