A very light and tender tuna and vegetable salad! Perfect for a snack, a light lunch or dinner. Salad will also appeal to those who follow the figure and adhere to the rules of healthy eating!)
Olives (pitted!) you can green – drain the juice and cut in half.
Iceberg lettuce – I always take off the first leaf and give it to my turtle), remove the remaining few leaves and tear them with my hands (it tastes better this way)).
Beans – drain the juice and pour the beans into a bowl.
Tuna – there is also some juice in the jar, it should be drained and put the fish in a bowl.
When all the ingredients are in a bowl, mix everything, add salt to taste (you can do it without it) and pour olive oil to taste too.
