  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
  3. Wash the cucumber and cut it into cubes.
  4. Wash the avocado, peel it and cut into cubes.
  5. Olives (pitted!) you can green – drain the juice and cut in half.
  6. Iceberg lettuce – I always take off the first leaf and give it to my turtle), remove the remaining few leaves and tear them with my hands (it tastes better this way)).
  7. Beans – drain the juice and pour the beans into a bowl.
  8. Tuna – there is also some juice in the jar, it should be drained and put the fish in a bowl.
  9. When all the ingredients are in a bowl, mix everything, add salt to taste (you can do it without it) and pour olive oil to taste too.
