Olive oil
Instructions
Wash the arugula, dry it. If you have large arugula leaves (like mine) – cut or tear.
Chop the walnuts a little.
Cut the cheese into large pieces.
Mix arugula with walnuts and cranberries. Add salt to taste.
Spread the base of the salad on plates, put pieces of cheese on top and pour the sauce over it.
