Salad with Pears, Arugula and Cheese Recipe
This simple but elegant salad is perfect for a romantic dinner! It perfectly combines the slight bitterness of arugula, the sweetness of pear and the piquancy of cheese.

  1. Pears wash, dry, peel and peel the seed pods and cut into 8 slices. In a frying pan, melt the butter, add the brown sugar and rosemary. Let the sugar dissolve, stirring. Fry the pear slices to a caramel crust and carefully place them on a plate. Wash and dry arugula. Cheese cut into slices, walnuts optionally can be calcined. To prepare the sauce: mix 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp honey, 1 tbsp vinegar and 4 tbsp on a dish put arugula, then slices of caramelized pears, cheese and nuts. Pour the sauce over the salad.
