Pears wash, dry, peel and peel the seed pods and cut into 8 slices.
In a frying pan, melt the butter, add the brown sugar and rosemary. Let the sugar dissolve, stirring. Fry the pear slices to a caramel crust and carefully place them on a plate.
Wash and dry arugula.
Cheese cut into slices, walnuts optionally can be calcined.
To prepare the sauce: mix 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp honey, 1 tbsp vinegar and 4 tbsp on a dish put arugula, then slices of caramelized pears, cheese and nuts.
Pour the sauce over the salad.
This salad is best served in portions, not on a common dish.
