For guests who categorically do not eat potatoes, the idea came to mind to replace it in the usual “Olivier” avocado. The result was a brand new, hearty, but light salad that everyone liked.

  1. Peel the avocado and cut into cubes.
  2. Also chop the remaining ingredients: boiled beef.
