Salad with Cod and Iceberg Recipe
I came up with this salad myself when I wanted to slightly update the usual warm salad with cod and potatoes. The effect was unexpected: the salad turned out to be both light and satisfying. Since cucumbers and icebergs are easily removed by water, it is better not to salt the salad before serving, but for me, it tastes better without salt at all.
