Mushrooms cut into thin slices, onion – half rings, fry with the addition of oil, salt and pepper. Then cool the mushrooms, drain the excess oil. Cut crab sticks into slices diagonally.
Boil the eggs and cut into cubes.
Finely chop the green onion and parsley. Drain the liquid from the corn.
Mix all the ingredients, add pepper to taste and a little mayonnaise.
