Wash the egg and boil it hard (10 minutes after boiling).
Finely chop the crab sticks, onion and eggs, grate the cheese. (I recommend taking the sticks are not fibrous (bought by mistake), but, as can be seen in the photo below, they are much more homogeneous.
Combine everything, season with mayonnaise (about 4 tablespoons, as much as you like), mix everything and serve. Salt IS NOT NEEDED!
