  1. Wash the eggplants and peel them.
  2. Cut into strips.
  3. Cut the tomato and mozzarella at random.
  4. Fry eggplants in vegetable oil. Add soy sauce and a little ground garlic. Fry until tender. Spread the eggplant, tomatoes and mozzarella on a plate. If desired, sprinkle with lemon juice.
