Instructions
We start our cooking with chicken marinade.
Fillet cut into very thin slices, pour soy sauce and add mustard. Mix everything and leave to marinate.
Red or white grapefruit (necessarily sweet) cut in half and carefully remove the pulp with a knife and spoon.
Peel the grapefruit pulp from the shells, cut the iceberg lettuce leaves into thin slices.
Put the grapefruit slices, iceberg in a bowl, add finely chopped walnuts.
Preheat the pan, put the chicken fillet on it, fry until tender for 4-5 minutes.
Put the warm fillet in the salad, pour the Kikkoman salad with sesame sauce and mix. Serve immediately while the chicken is still warm.
