The salad products are all weighed. We take a salad bowl. Sweet red pepper is thinly cut into strips, cherry-in half. We leave the olives whole.
We clean the grapefruit and release the slices from the white films directly above the salad bowl, so as not to lose the flowing juice from it. Pour lemon juice and season with oil. Add the finely chopped greens and mix. You can add salt to taste and pepper. I didn't do it.
We serve the salad beautifully. I'll serve it in a glass glass.
