Peel the oranges and cut into slices about 1 cm thick . Season each circle to taste with Provencal herbs. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, carefully lay out the orange (be careful, the oil may splash!) and fry on both sides. If desired, honey can be added to oranges.
Wash and dry the arugula and grapes, cut the parmesan into thin slices.
