Instructions
Prepare the ingredients for the salad. Cut the herring fillet into small pieces. Pre-boiled potatoes grate on a coarse grater.
Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Finely chop the green onion. Grate the melted sausage cheese on a coarse grater.
Drain the liquid from the peas.
We put layers in a salad bowl or on a serving plate: 1. herring fillet 2. next – grated potatoes, lubricate with mayonnaise
3. smear sliced cucumber with mayonnaise
4. green onions
5. grate the processed sausage cheese on a grater, smear with mayonnaise
6. and the last layer is green peas.
