Salad with Cucumber, Peas and Apple Recipe
Very delicate and fresh salad, useful in all respects, but delicious, with the original dressing and a fresh hint of mint. Very tasty.

  1. Apples are cleaned from the core, the peel is preserved. Apple cut into 4 parts and each quarter in half. Cut the Apple into slices. I did it with a peeler, sprinkle juice on half a lemon.
