  1. Pour enough water into a bowl to cover the eggs. Break the eggs gently and pour into the water.
  2. Put the bowl of eggs in the microwave, cover with a lid. Cook at full power until ready. I put it on for two minutes, the eggs are “plowed”, after a 5-second interval for another two minutes, now they are suitable for slicing into a salad.
  3. Drain and cool. Opponents of microwave ovens can cook eggs in the usual way. Cut the finished eggs into medium cubes.
  4. Cut sausage or boiled meat in the same way.
  5. Peel the cucumber, if desired, and cut into small cubes.
  6. Cut the pitted olives lengthwise into four pieces and once across these slices.
  7. Lightly rinse the beans (red or white) and put them in a colander, shake well from the liquid.
  8. Mix all the prepared foods in a bowl and mix. Before serving, season with mayonnaise, add finely chopped green onions and rye crackers, which you can cook yourself or take ready-made. Taste it, if desired, you can add ground black pepper and salt, depending on the salinity of the products.
  9. The result is a very satisfying salad, with a touch of piquancy, thanks to olives, and freshness, thanks to fresh cucumber and green onion.
