Chicken fillet should be boiled in salted water. Cool and finely chop.
Cut the loaf into small cubes. Place on a baking sheet and place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
The Apple should be peeled from the skin and seeds. Cut the same way as the cheese.
Combine the chicken fillet, cheese and Apple, and season with mayonnaise.
I recommend adding crackers before serving, so that they remain crispy.
The salad can be placed in cremans and served in portions.
