  1. 1. boil the Eggs until tender and cool. 2. fry the shrimp ( I have boiled and frozen) in butter on both sides for 1 minute. 3. Cut the eggs and tomatoes into cubes. 4. Grate the cheese on a small grater. 5. Add the shrimp. Salt to taste. 6. Season the salad with mayonnaise.
