Instructions
Wash and dry the vegetables and herbs.
Tomatoes cut into circles, pepper cut into thin strips, add to the tomatoes.
Add the spinach leaves and salt. Mix gently.
Add the mustard and oil, mix gently, and add the mussels. I think it will be no worse with pickled ones, then you need to further adjust the taste.
Fry the nuts in a dry pan and cool.
Mix the salad, transfer to a platter, season with pink pepper.
Sprinkle with nuts, chopped green onions, and serve.
