Vegetable Salad with Spinach Recipe
This salad can be used as a side dish or as an appetizer. The main thing is to choose young spinach for the salad, because it goes into the salad without heat treatment.

  1. Wash the spinach leaves in running water, soak them in a bowl of acidified water (for better cleanliness) and rinse them again under running water. Dry. Cut into large "noodles", season with orange juice, a mixture of peppers and a pinch of ground nutmeg. Mix and add mayonnaise.

Top with a generous sprinkle of grated cheese, a mix of seeds (you can use your favorite chopped nuts). Design to your liking. It is advisable to prepare the salad and season it before serving.
