Beef tongue (boiled)

Ham

Mushrooms
(marinade)

Cucumber

Apple
Mayonnaise
Instructions
Boil the tongue in salted water. Peel and cut into thin strips.
Cut the ham into thin strips.
Cut the marinated mushrooms.
Slice the apple into thin strips. I used a grater.
Also cut the cucumber into thin strips.
Add mayonnaise and mix all the ingredients.
Ready!
