  1. Thawed fillet cut into pieces and mix with salt, hops-suneli, coriander.
  2. Crumble the crumb of dried bread into crumbs.
  3. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Mix sour cream and egg, add cheese, salt and pepper to taste. The seasoning should be thick.
  4. Preheat a frying pan with a sufficient amount of vegetable oil on a medium burner. The fire is slightly more than the minimum.
