Chicken fillet (3 PCs.) cut lengthwise in two parts. You will get 6 schnitzels in total
In a separate bowl, combine the entire set of spices according to the recipe: ginger powder (1/2 teaspoon), a mixture of Provencal herbs (1 teaspoon), sweet paprika (1 tablespoon), garlic powder (1 teaspoon), sesame (1 tablespoon), chicken egg (2 PCs.), salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Then add the total amount of flour (2 tablespoons). Beat the mixture with a whisk until smooth.
Add vegetable oil (1/2 Cup) to the pan. Put the pan on medium, closer to a quiet fire and heat the oil.
Place the prepared chicken breast fillet in the prepared egg batter, then sprinkle well with breadcrumbs and place in a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry the schnitzels on both sides until browned.
Next, put the schnitzels on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve schnitzel traditionally with fried eggs and fresh vegetables.
