I offer a very easy-to-prepare fish salad. The beauty of this salad is in high-quality rice, good fish, and if you decorate it with a funny apple fin, you can serve it to the festive table.
Label the salad ingredients. There is no lemon and spices here.
Boil the rice without rinsing, throw it in a colander. Boil the fillet until tender in salted water with the addition of bay leaf, black peas and allspice, cool. Finely chop the boiled eggs and herbs.
Peel the apples, remove the core, slice part (1/4 of the apple), cut the rest into cubes.
Mix the prepared ingredients well, season with part of the mayonnaise, pour lemon juice.
Before serving, pour the remaining mayonnaise over the salad, lay out the apple slices, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
