Instructions
Wash the meat, dry it, cut it into 3*4-5 cm pieces, peel the onion and cut it into rings.
Put the meat and onion in a bowl, add salt, mustard and pepper. Mix well.
Pour in the pomegranate juice. Cover and put in a cold place for 2-12 hours.
Light the grill to gray coals. Thread the meat on skewers.
Fry until tender, 20-25 minutes, turning constantly. Serve the shish kebab hot, with herbs and pomegranate seeds.
