  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Sea cocktail (peeled shrimp, squid strips, squid tentacles, mussel meat, pieces of octopus tentacles) defrost, then boil with a slice of lemon for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the grated lemon and lemon zest, about a teaspoon each.
  4. Mix sliced cucumbers and tomatoes with a sea cocktail
  5. We prepare the sauce from the listed ingredients.
  6. 2-3 tablespoons light soy sauce, 80 ml cream (20-30%), 1 teaspoon powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper optional. Mix everything well. The sauce is ready.
  7. Pour the prepared sauce over the salad and serve it to the table. It turns out very tasty.
