  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Sea cocktail (peeled shrimp, squid strips, squid tentacles, mussel meat, pieces of octopus tentacles) defrost, then boil with a slice of lemon for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add grated lemon and lemon zest, about a teaspoon.
  4. Cut cucumbers and tomatoes mix with a sea cocktail
  5. Preparing the sauce from the ingredients.
  6. 2-3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 80 ml of cream (20-30%), 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and black pepper if desired. Mix everything well. The sauce is ready.
  7. Pour the salad with the prepared sauce and serve. It turns out very tasty.
