Step 1
Boil the spaghetti in a large amount of water with salt. Then drain the water, put it back, add the olive oil and pepper if desired. Cover and let cool.
Step 2
Cut tomatoes and mozzarella into cubes. Combine the spaghetti, tomatoes, mozzarella and Basil leaves in one bowl and season with olive oil and white wine vinegar. Stir well. (I added a little more salt and pepper at the end and mixed it again) done!
