Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds and bake in the oven at a temperature of 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
While the pepper is baking, cut the tomatoes, olives, garlic and basil.
Sprinkle with oil and salt to taste. Add balsamic to taste, you can do it without it.
After 20 minutes, take out the baking sheet and put the vegetables in the pepper.
Top with cheese plates.
Bake for another 15 minutes. Look at your oven.
My pepper was fleshy and required more time for cooking.
