A few years ago, I discovered fruit salads for myself and my consumers (chicken with pineapples does not count). It’s unusual, but very tasty, bright and modern. I suggest you try a small exotic salad.
Wash the pear, cut the lower part into quarters and thin strips.
In a saucepan, mix balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.
Place the sliced pear on a serving platter and sprinkle with half the sauce.
Ham was used for the original recipe. But I found a decent alternative – smoked pork neck. Cut it into thin strips, then cubes. Place on top of the pear.
Cut the cheese into cubes. Roll half of the cheese in poppy seeds, the second half in fried sesame seeds.
Put it on a platter.
Peel the onion, cut it into feathers and put it on a platter. Cut the remaining part of the pear into thin strips, spread olives on top.
Pour olive oil into the remaining sauce and mix. Pour over the salad.
Wash the tomato, cut it into thin slices and put it in a salad.
