Strawberries in Yogurt Recipe
Today I want to offer you a very light, summer dessert made of strawberry yogurt. To prepare the recipe, you will need a minimum of time, only 5 ingredients and a good mood!!! The taste of fresh strawberries, white chocolate and yogurt create just an excellent combination.

  1. Ingredients that we will need. For convenience, the wooden board was covered with food wrap.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a steam bath. Or in a microwave oven (short pulses) DO NOT OVERHEAT!!
  3. Soak the gelatin in cold water. If granulated, soak 8 grams of gelatin in 40 ml of cold water.
  4. Dry the strawberries with a napkin.
  5. Meanwhile, the chocolate has already melted. Mix well.
  6. Add the swollen gelatin to it. The granulated one must first be dissolved either in a steam bath or in a microwave oven. Literally 8-10 seconds.
  7. And we also send sour cream or yogurt there. Mix everything well!!
  8. Powdered sugar. On request. A little more or less!!
  9. That’s the kind of glaze there should be. If you want to remove the yellow color, you can add titanium dioxide. I did so, adding only the tip of a teaspoon.
  10. If you have air bubbles, you can pass the glaze through a sieve.
  11. And proceed to glazing. The consistency of the glaze should be thick enough. It should almost not drain from the berries. The layer will be thicker – the dessert will turn out more appetizing. The board and periodically send it to the refrigerator so that the glaze freezes.
  12. Step by step, I painted the glaze with dry food coloring. Here at will. And each shade I took literally a tablespoon for decoration. This is also optional.
  13. And decorate as you wish your imagination. I just decorated it with stripes. And at the end, put everything in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes for complete solidification.
  14. That’s it, the dessert is ready, that’s such a beauty turned out!!! Transfer to a beautiful dish and you can serve!!!
