Strawberry and mint - a combination of the first summer freshness! Strawberry desserts in any execution will trigger the rapture. Simple and unpretentious dessert is a great idea for a light Breakfast on a warm summer morning, or as a refreshing snack on a hot and sultry day.
Products for cooking :
Wash strawberries and mint. Prepare puree juice ( without grains (strawberries) and coarse fibers (mint) in any convenient way.
I crushed with a meat grinder, setting a mini juicer (screw).
With mint twigs tear off the leaves, prepare the puree juice.
To prepare strawberry puree, wash the juicer nozzle, reassemble, chop the strawberries into a thick puree-like mass.
In yogurt, add mint juice ( 2 tablespoons) and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, strawberry puree (400 g) and add powdered sugar 2 tablespoons.
Two cups soak gelatin, 2 tbsp+50 ml water. Dissolve the swollen gelatin in micro (60%=1.5 minutes).
Gelatin in one Cup, pour in mint yoghurt, gelatine, a second Cup of strawberry puree. In a small bowl (glass)layers, pour yoghurt and strawberry jelly. Each layer needs a little "fix"in the refrigerator. For ease of cooking, place the bowl on a small tray or on a cutting Board.
Ready dessert put in the refrigerator until fully cured for 6 hours or more. Pleasant and refreshing appetite!
