Instructions
Add sugar and corn starch to the cream and mix well with a whisk.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. As soon as the mixture boils, boil for another 1 minute.
Prepare the form in advance, brush lightly with vegetable oil. Put the thickened cream mass in a mold and leave to cool at room temperature.
Prepare the strawberry layer. Strawberries with sugar punch in a blender.
Add corn starch, stir constantly with a whisk, heat over a low heat to a boil, boil for 1 minute and remove from the stove.
Pour into the mold over the white layer. Leave to cool at room temperature, then put in the refrigerator to completely solidify.
Scatter the coconut shavings on the surface and put the dessert on it.
Sprinkle the dessert on all sides with shavings and cut into squares and also roll each piece in coconut shavings.
