Put the cookies in a bowl and break or chop them with a rolling pin.
Transfer the cookies to a blender bowl. Add the melted butter and 2-3 tablespoons of cream (or water). Chop the cookies with a blender.
Cover the mold with 13 * 19 cm baking paper. Lay out the cookies and tamp them on the bottom of the mold in an even layer. Put the cookie cutter in the refrigerator.
RUB the cottage cheese through a sieve or mix with sugar, vanilla sugar and grind with a blender. Sugar can be replaced with powdered sugar.
Cut the strawberries into small cubes. Strawberries are better to take strong and small.
Add the strawberries to the curd mass and gently stir.
Dissolve the gelatin in the cream, and allow time to swell.
Then heat the gelatin in the microwave and add to the curd mixture.
Put the curd evenly on the cooled layer of cookies and remove the mold to the refrigerator. Dessert freezes in 1 hour.
We take the dessert out of the refrigerator and use paper to remove it from the mold. Cut into several parts.
