1. Boil the rice.
2. Cut off the top of the peppers and remove the core.
3. Fry the onion and carrot in vegetable oil until half cooked, add tuna, spices, tomato paste and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
4. Put the filling in our pepper: a layer of rice, tuna, grated cheese and repeat the layers.
5. Cover with a lid and send it to the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 C*.
