  2. Wash the salad, dry it with a paper towel, slice it and put it in a bowl.
  3. Wash the arugula, dry it and tear it with your hands. Finely chop the onion and washed spinach. Radish cut into circles or halves of circles, if it is large.
  4. Also finely chop the cucumbers. Mix all the vegetables.
  5. Prepare the dressing. Mix sour cream with fitaki and soy sauce. Season the salad and sprinkle eggs on top.
