  1. Anyone who wants to make their table elegant and tasty can prepare such a snack. Boil the beets until tender.
  2. Cool and grate on a coarse grater. Mix with chilled cream cheese and sour cream. Add garlic, grated on a fine grater or garlic powder. Add salt to taste, I used cream cheese, it’s already moderately salty.
  3. To obtain a more delicate consistency, grind the whole mass in a blender.
  4. Prepare the tartlets. I was counting on the filling for large tartlets, but I have a mini now, so I took a cracker, you can also use slices of bread, pre-sliced and dried in the oven, toaster or in a dry frying pan.
  5. Fill a pastry bag with the whipped mass or put a molded tip into it, tie it tightly.
  6. and fill the tartlets. Squeeze the remaining mass onto the cracker.
  7. Garnish with herbs and serve to the table! Enjoy your stay!
