Fish in Pink Sauce or “Fisherman’s Dinner” Recipe

I’m here again today with a simple dish from the family archive. My dad happens to be an avid fisherman.. and as a child, we ate a lot of fish dishes. That only mother not cooked. Once she was stewing pike, and our neighbor advised her to add to the sauce a little boiled BEETS.. Mom hesitated, but cook’s curiosity got the better of her. How delicious it WAS!!! When my mom applied the pike we all wondered what she is a secret added what turned out to be so tried this tasty sauce is delicious pink. Since then, we continue to cook like this. Come in!!! The fish is very tender and tasty!!!

Dear cooks, today I cooked borsch and, as always, stewed for refueling beets and carrots with onions. But as it turned out too much, I decided to use this filling as a filling for pies. As always, the imagination went even further, and the result was a delicious bagels with beet-carrot – poppy seed filling, flavored with liqueur, or rather liqueur from BlackBerry. Don’t pass it by!
