  1. Cucumbers cut in half, cut out the middle.
  2. Beat it off properly with a rolling pin (without skimping on emotions), then cut it diagonally.
  3. Then add salt and vinegar, mix well and let stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Then remove the cucumbers from the marinade, squeeze, add soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper and a little garlic.
