Put everything in a salad bowl and add a little salt so that cucumbers and peppers give away excess water.
Drain the excess liquid and add finely chopped garlic (or passed through a press), herbs, sprinkle with turmeric. You can add a little ground pepper. Mix gently.
Then add the cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
Add a spoonful of homemade mayonnaise, mix, and the salad is ready! Place the salad on a platter, garnish with a sprig of dill and serve immediately.
