Prepare cheese balls. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add chopped garlic and mayonnaise. Mayonnaise can be replaced with yogurt, and garlic with pepper.
Finely chop the greens, roll the cheese balls in it.
Cucumbers and tomatoes cut quite large. Mix tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese balls, olives and quail eggs (can be cut in half). Pour over the dressing: whisk olive oil with a pinch of salt, lemon juice and seasoning for vegetable salads.
