  1. Slice the potatoes and carrots. Lightly fry the carrots in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil.
  2. Add the sliced potatoes. Fry for 15 minutes (focus on your potato variety).
  3. Add a jar of beans with sauce at the end, add salt, add a little sugar. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
  4. Let it brew under the lid for 10 minutes. if desired, you can add pickled mushrooms when serving.
