Apple juice

Black tea

Brown sugar

Orange

Jam (lemon)

Cinnamon

Ginger
Instructions
Grate the zest from the oranges and lemon.
Mix the juice, tea and zest. Squeeze the juice from the oranges and half a lemon.
Cut the ginger into thin slices and add to the mixture Add sugar and cinnamon. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Strain and serve.
