Lettuce leaves
Instructions
Prepare the chicken liver (wash, remove all the films, cut in half).
Peel the grapes from the twigs, rinse, dry.
Heat a frying pan, fry the liver in grape oil, season with salt and pepper.
Add the grapes, stir and close the lid. Fry until the grapes give juice.
Place the lettuce leaves on a serving plate.
Put the salad on top.
