Yogurt “In pink” Recipe
You were not mistaken-I made yogurt with beets, not beet juice, but with beets, a very interesting recipe!. The combination is unusual, if you like beets-you are here. Will we try? Instead of sourdough, I used natural yogurt.

Yogurt
Instructions
In the milk, stir the yogurt thoroughly with a whisk. Cut the beets and put them in a blender. Sprinkle with sugar.
Add a little milk and punch well with a blender. Pour in the remaining milk and stir well.
Pour into glasses and put in a yogurt maker – I had 5 hours. Cool slightly and refrigerate overnight.
The yoghurt has a very tender consistency.
