Yogurt Strawberry-Chocolate Recipe
Natural yogurt made with your own hands - what could be tastier?! Besides taste, the yoghurt has beneficial properties that are beneficial to our whole body. Now strawberry season, pamper your loved ones with delicious dessert yogurt with rich chocolate and strawberry flavor.

  1. Two main products are used for yoghurt fermentation : milk and sourdough. In the absence of dry milk leaven, for the fermentation of milk is quite suitable jar of natural yogurt (trust brand), fat content of at least 3 %. 1 liter of milk is enough 150-200 g. the finished yogurt. In this recipe, dessert yogurt with chocolate and strawberries will be prepared, so the "starter" ferment (finished yogurt)is taken in greater quantities so that the yogurt clot can withstand the weight of additional additives. For yogurt milk should have a temperature of 40 degrees, not higher. Already at 50 degrees, bacteria can die, fermentation will not happen. Heat the milk to a hot state (I use pasteurized milk that is brought to a boil). In milk, place the chocolate, with constant stirring, melt the chocolate. Allow the milk mixture to cool to an acceptable temperature (it is convenient to cool the mixture in a sink with cold water).

The finished yogurt is very thick, incredibly tasty (with moderate sweetness)and fragrant (in the photo you can see that strawberries are evenly "placed" throughout the volume of yogurt.
    At the end of the cooking time,a container of yogurt should be cooled to 5 degrees in the worst case yogurt percinet. The longer yogurt will be in the refrigerator, the denser will be its consistency.
The finished yogurt is very thick, incredibly tasty (with moderate sweetness)and fragrant (in the photo you can see that strawberries are evenly "placed" throughout the volume of yogurt.
