The recipe is for lovers of zucchini, Chinese cuisine, as well as for those who follow the figure and do not have enough time to be at the stove. It can be used as a hot snack or side dish.
For cooking, take zucchini. Using a grater or vegetable peeler, cut lengthwise into thin strips-noodles.
Pour vegetable and sesame oil into a hot frying pan and put the zucchini noodles. Fry for 5 minutes on high heat until transparent, stirring constantly. Add the chopped garlic.
Add soy sauce to the zucchini.
Stir, sprinkle with sesame seeds and simmer for another 2 minutes over medium heat.
Serve immediately as a hot appetizer or side dish.
