Easy healthy dish. Suitable for a festive table (especially as soon the New year on the Chinese calendar), and for every day. It is prepared very quickly and easily, and naturally cooked soy sauce gives this dish a unique taste.
Seafood can take any of your choice and the presence in the refrigerator. Can be even any one species, for example, only shrimp. Defrosted seafood marinate for 20 minutes in a mixture of 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
While the seafood is marinated, boil the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package.
Onions, carrots, peppers and garlic cut into thin strips.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil for about 2 minutes.
Then add carrot, pepper and garlic and fry for about 2 minutes.
Add seafood and fry for about 5-7 minutes.
Add the noodles, stir intensively. Then add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Simmer for about 2 minutes and immediately serve.
