  1. Wash the chicken fillet, peel off the films. Boil in salted water until tender.
  2. Cut the pitted olives into slices, clean the caps of fresh mushrooms. And cut the fresh mushrooms in their own juice the way you like.
  3. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them with a paper towel. Tear them with your hands, put them on a plate, sprinkle them with finely chopped green onions and parsley.
  4. Mix mayonnaise with natural yogurt without additives or low-fat sour cream.
  5. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
  6. You can serve it in portions, or you can in your favorite salad bowl. When serving, pepper, garnish with parsley leaves and olives.
