  1. Here we will prepare a drink from these products. Any apples will do, even those that fell from a tree at the wrong time, and basil with mint is no longer a luxury. I recommend it from sugar cane.
  2. Wash the apples, basil and mint, put them in a saucepan, cut the apples arbitrarily.
  3. Fill with water and put on fire. Bring to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes. At the end of cooking, add sugar, stir, as soon as the sugar dissolves, remove from heat.
  4. Immediately add lemon juice. Its amount depends on the initial acid of the apples and personal taste preferences, I had 1 tsp. Stir and cool the drink.
  5. Serve as a compote with apples and mint.
  6. Or with the addition of ice.
