Prepare the squid. We will prepare them in a “short” way, which involves pouring boiling water over them. Pour boiling water over the squids, let them stand for half a minute, remove the skin and remove the remaining vein. Rinse with cold water. Pour boiling water over the squid again, leave for a minute. Rinse again with cold water and repeat the procedure again – pour boiling water, leave for a minute and rinse. Now quickly cut them into strips along with cucumbers.
